Job Description

Cella is seeking a skilled SEO Manager to join our client’s team for a remote contract opportunity!

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our client’s high-priority web pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic for key content.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our organization and web pages.
• Optimize web page content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with the web team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improved SERP rankings for industry keywords.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings for high-priority pages.
• Work closely with the web team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into key web pages.

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.​​​​​​​
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus

Compensation Range: $40 – 45 per hour
