The Partner Marketing Senior Manager leads the Americas Partner Marketing Team overseeing Sugar’s partner marketing strategy working with global ISVs and AMER resellers, developing, launching, executing, and managing partner and industry marketing programs to drive new logo pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing who has a proven track record of designing creative ways to engage with partners to generate revenue. You not only understand CRM but also have a deep appreciation for how CRM solutions deliver business value as part of a customer’s overall tech stack and is an experienced partner marketing pro as well. You’ll be the conductor of our marketing symphony, creating and executing campaigns that resonate with prospects and partners in the Americas.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner Marketing Team Leader: Lead the management of and vision for the Partner Marketing Team as a key leader within our business
  • Partner Marketing Plan Architect: Be the driving force developing and creating comprehensive marketing plans with partners for the Americas market that aligns with our overall new logo demand generation marketing strategy, outlining the specific tactics, channels, and timelines to target our ICP audience effectively
  • Campaign Conductor: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, across all of the Sugar marketing channels, that showcases the power of SugarCRM with partner offerings
  • Industry Marketing: Develop and execute strategic industry marketing plans supporting our industry & partner focused initiatives
  • Event Enthusiast: Collaborate with our Events team, to plan and coordinate our joint participation (including sponsorships) in events with partners, ensuring we stand out and leave a lasting impression on prospects
  • Digital Marketing: Coordinate digital marketing joint campaign efforts across various channels, including paid, SEO, PPC, social, display advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), chat, and web
  • Results-Driven Strategist: Strategically plan and execute marketing initiatives with a focus on driving tangible results, creating pipeline, and generating revenue with partners
  • Storytelling Sorcerer: Craft compelling narratives around partner and Sugar solutions tailored to our ICP, turning technical details into engaging stories that resonate with our target audience
  • Data Wizard: Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize and enhance our marketing strategies with partners
  • Content Creator: Collaborate with our creative team to produce visually appealing and thought-provoking content that captivates our ICP
  • Social Media Buzz: Work cross-functionally with our social team to develop strategies to create excitement around joint partner and SugarCRM solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in the mid-market+ SaaS, CRM, ERP or software industry
  • 6+ years of partner marketing experience leading plan development, execution and management of budgets
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful marketing campaigns with partners (ISV’s, resellers and distributors)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Combination of strategic thinking and the ability to roll up sleeves and get it done
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Working knowledge tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Triblio, Bombora, Drift, Lead Forensics, SalesLoft, and SugarCRM a plus!
$135,000 – $152,500 a year
Expected salary range, depending on experience.
