As an AI Content Ecosystem Manager on the Digital Experiences Team, you will flex both operational and creative skills to scale content and digital experiences to our members. You will help advance our mission of delivering the right science-backed coaching interventions at the right moment in someone’s personal development through systems, processes, and creative oversight. You will collaborate with folks across the organization to ensure our content infrastructure is built to support the needs of members, partners, and coaches. In this role, you will also think strategically about how to approach the new world of AI-powered content. This is a detail-oriented role that requires an empathetic, team player mentality, and the ability to plan and execute in a scrappy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Craft new digital content leveraging GenAI and our proprietary BetterUp knowledge base
  • Create and refine processes that improve quality, velocity, and scalability of content creation and personalization efforts
  • Create and maintain a content roadmap, taxonomy, and knowledge base that powers our digital experiences
  • Work internally with the GenAI & Recommendations team to manage data infrastructure as well as write prompts for dynamic content generation
  • Spearhead AI and non-AI audio and video content efforts
  • Own and manage the migration to, and ongoing use of  a new CMS– as well as with cross-functional product and engineering teams to bring the vision to life
  • Drive editorial style and consistency across tone and visuals for all content and AI experiences
  • Use a data-driven approach to test and measure success of our AI-content strategy
  • Support internal teams such as sales, customer success, and coach ops by responding to issues related to our resource library or CMS in an effective and timely manner.

If you have some or all of the following please apply: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or content-related project management roles
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary creative, production, or content teams.
  • A track record of effectively operationalizing complex problems, thriving in a fast-paced environment while keeping meticulous attention to detail, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • The ability to think and plan proactively as well as respond when unexpected challenges occur
  • Strong system’s thinking as well as tactical technical execution
  • Strong communication – both written and verbal, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) or similar software, Contentful experience a plus
  • Experience using Asana, Jira, Linear, or other project management tools to keep projects on track
  • Ability to approach challenges proactively, with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing and maintaining a DAM a plus
  • Experience with AI and a knowledge base a plus

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $155,550– $233,300.
