What you’ll be doing:
- General:
- Compile ad hoc journal entries monthly and maintain a two-day close.
- Analyze accounts monthly through balance sheet reconciliation process.
- Quarterly and annual government reporting.
- Support internal and external auditors with audit requests.
- Intercompany and Related Party:
- Assist in the monthly consolidation by ensuring intercompany balances eliminate and related party transactions are properly accounted for.
- Research and resolve intercompany and related party variances with other accounting team members in a timely manner during the monthly close process.
- Provide reporting to management on the detail of intercompany/related party balances.
- Review related party account reconciliations for accuracy and work with reconciliation owners to improve reconciliations and/or resolve issues.
- Create monthly related party invoicing and work with the treasury team to ensure timely cash settlement.
- Stock-Based Compensation:
- Collaborate with HR to ensure the data we receive is complete and accurate.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
- Subsidiary oversight and reporting:
- Assist subsidiaries entering their financial results into Oracle via FDM Upload.
- Review financial results and research/inquire on month-over-month changes compared to expectations.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with any subsidiary integrations

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of related work experience

- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- CPA preferred
