Our Provider Success team is seeking a full-time Lead who is energized by the prospect of improving clients’ access to behavioral healthcare by leading the provider scheduling solution strategy. The Provider Scheduling Lead will strategize and deliver on company objectives and goals to support our nationwide network of providers in connecting their calendars to the Lyra platform which will enable clients who need care to quickly schedule an appointment. We are looking for someone who is data-driven, tech-savvy, a creative problem-solver, detail-oriented and passionate about customer service.
$85,000 – $130,000 a year
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Provider Scheduling Lead position is $85,000 – $130,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
