On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, evolving, and measuring scalable foundational and role-specific onboarding programs to attract top talent, equip our revenue teams with the right skills, knowledge, process, and enablement tools to maximize sales growth and customer success impact from day one. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, strategic Program Manager, Revenue Onboarding who embodies our values. This role demands a blend of creativity, project management, and a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and adult learning principles. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering scalable blended learning experiences and content that decreases ramp time and ensures new hires are set up for success in their role.
