Job Description
Piper Health and Sciences is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support maintenance of all employee data within ADP Work Force Now and HRIS-Payroll system. This is a Remote opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the employee onboarding process by collecting new hire documents, processing e-I9s, and ensuring smooth progression.
- Accurately handle and enter diverse employee data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other employment-related information.
- Provide daily support for HRIS-Payroll tasks, including setting user permissions, correcting data, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Serve as a resource for management on Personnel Action Notices and handle basic queries related to employee data, such as PTO and paycheck details.
- Conduct background checks and verifications for new hires, assist with system testing and upgrades, and support various administrative projects.
Technical Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HRIS/Payroll or general HR roles.
- Required: Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Preferred: Experience in conducting background checks.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, with a proactive approach.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $30/hr.
- Contract (with strong possibility of extension or conversion to permanent role)
