It’s ok if you don’t have much experience as you will learn a tremendous amount – We are looking for people with great potential, a passion for learning, and a knack for absorbing a lot of things

You’ll need to be located in North, Central or South America because business hours will be PST & EST  time!

Here’s What We Expect From You

Although we’d rather you have some experience in customer success, sales and/or pure account management, this is not a requirement; however, you will need to demonstrate a sustained interest in these fields.

  • Demonstrated interest in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Some experience in this area is a big advantage
  • You are well-read and have a serious commitment to personal development.
  • You are customer-focused with the ability to listen, build strong relationships, and overcome concerns – You understand how important it is for a customer to see results from the products they buy.
  • You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude. We are willing to make a huge investment in you. You need to bring the heart and the drive.
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot is a definite advantage.
  • Experience using marketing KPI tools like ahrefs.com, SEMRush, Moz, and similar is a definite advantage.

What to expect from the Hiring Process

Round 1 – We review your application to see if you meet the initial requirements for this role. Please note that if you do not complete the questions we will be unable to proceed with your application beyond this stage

Round 2 – You will have to complete a cognitive test to evaluate the match between your profile and the company’s profile

Round 3 – You will have a video interview with our Hiring Manager

Round 4 – You will have to do a Personality Test + video interview with the Director of Customer Success and the Hiring Manager

Round 5 – You will have a chat with our CEO to understand your motivation and career goals. We want to know if you will be a great fit for our team, but also we want you to achieve your goals

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: CAD 37k-49k (base) + performance-based pay
