The Hopper Ads team sells ad placements on the Hopper app and affiliate sites. We sell to marketing agencies, travel companies such as Destination Management Organizations (DMOs), Airlines, and Hotels, as well as companies in other industries who are interested in reaching Hopper’s customers. We offer a growing, innovative set of media products through which the clients can promote their brand and drive sales on Hopper’s sites.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Hotel Ads Account Executive (AE) will sell Hopper’s Sponsored Listings product to an assigned group of hotel property targets. The AE pitches and solicits orders from clients and coordinates ad trafficking and reporting with an Ads Campaign Manager. The AE will work against a sales quota and can earn lucrative commission pay if they achieve sales targets set by management. The AE can sell mostly from home but may need to travel occasionally to client locations and/or internal sales meetings
The yearly total compensation for this position ranges from 120 000$ to 200 000$. Compensation will be determined by candidates’ relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills and work experience. Total compensation will include a solid base salary and will also include equity (options / RSUs), sign-on bonus and other potential incentives.
