We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Transcriptionist to join our team. As a Freelance Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing a variety of audio and video files, including interviews, meetings, lectures, and webinars. You will need to be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and you must have a strong understanding of English grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio and video files into accurate and error-free transcripts
• Follow specific style guidelines and formatting requirements
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a freelance transcriptionist
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of English grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in transcription software, such as Express Scribe or TranscribeMe
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
