With clients including direct advertisers, agencies and innovative start ups, we are fast becoming a market leader in this space. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our collaborative, friendly and knowledgeable team.

We are accepting applications from candidates that reside in the following states: California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Oregon, and Washington.

The demand for Everflow is growing each month and we’ve only started. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and grow their career! You’ll be on the ground floor of a cutting edge company disrupting the multi-billion dollar ad industry.

As a BDR, you’ll get exposure to all types of businesses while speaking to stakeholders from ad operations to CEO’s. Through a consultative and analytical approach, you’ll be able to help identify real business needs and how Everflow can help them grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Educate marketing professionals on how Everflow can help them streamline processes and grow their partner marketing program
  • Diligently update Hubspot, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow ups
  • Qualify all sales leads and set appointments via chat, email and phone
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and marketing efforts
  • Hand off qualified leads to our Account Executives
  • Exhibit superior customer service in all prospect/customer engagement
  • Shadow our Account Executives to help acquire skills you’ll need for your next role on the Everflow Sales Team

Our ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a SDR/BDR/LDR or similar experience
  • Prior experience and strong level of comfort with cold calling and email outreach REQUIRED
  • BA/BS required, preferably in Business Admin, Comm, Econ, or other relevant field
  • High energy, intelligent, driven, eager to learn, and committed to overachievement in all challenges you tackle
  • Tech-savvy, love to help others, and passionate about sales
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do attitude

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred but not required
  • Affiliate Networking experience
  • Affiliate Marketing Knowledge
